While the world around us seems in complete chaos and emotions rage out of control, I wonder how many of us are truly courageous enough just to stand still?
In this moment of stillness, we are able to connect to something that sits just beneath the noises in our heads and the emotions running wild throughout our being… we are able, if we let ourselves, to connect with the silence the stillness that is ever present.
Of course, it takes courage to stand still and confront all that is hidden inside of us. It takes courage to explore the depths of our being. Only a warrior would do that. Are you a warrior?
