Do You Have the Courage to Stand Still?

While the world around us seems in complete chaos and emotions rage out of control, I wonder how many of us are truly courageous enough just to stand still?

In this moment of stillness, we are able to connect to something that sits just beneath the noises in our heads and the emotions running wild throughout our being… we are able, if we let ourselves, to connect with the silence the stillness that is ever present.

Of course, it takes courage to stand still and confront all that is hidden inside of us. It takes courage to explore the depths of our being. Only a warrior would do that. Are you a warrior?

Do you have the courage to stand still?

Wow. Yes, indeed, it takes great courage to stand still amid chaos. And how often we are called upon to do this. We don’t realize it; so often we think “I must DO something!” There are times for action, but more often than we acknowledge, there are times for stillness.

It’s in the stillness that we acquire genuine guidance and summoning of the Right time to take action.

Silence, simplicity, Stillness, and solitudes are qualities I greatly admire and desire. This world is truly chaotic and too fast. People usually long for rapid lives, immediate gratification, and abundance.. but I rather live the opposite. Thanks for sharing.

In literal sense you can be right. In spiritual sense, it is not a struggle but a flow. A flow which comes on its own accord.
